Week Fourteen

Nov 27 - Dec 3, 2020 Back to main page To begin this week off, we install a durable vinyl tile in the back porch area. Next we hang drywall on the new closet in the back bedroom. And then we hang new drywall throughout the master bedroom. Then we paint the back and the front bedrooms. Next we patch and seal the cracks in the cement floor in the basement. And then we prep the floors in the main living area and we begin to install the new Laminate flooring. Finally - with the floors installed in the Kitchen area we install the base cabinets, install the built in microwave and place the dishwasher and range. We also install all the cabinet doors. Week Nine

Oct 23 - Oct 29, 2020 Back to main page We continue in the Bathroom this week, with roughing in the electrical, installing the fan and installing the cement board around the tub. We proceed with hanging the drywall and taping it, we are using a moisture resistant product that is suitable for bathrooms. We are also repairing the basement walls, by repointing the mortar in the brick, and then painting the brick to clean it up. Back to main page

Week Eleven

Nov 6 - Nov 12, 2020 Back to main page This week we start by installing the new tile floor in the bathroom, then tile around the tub. Next we install the toilet and place the vanity. We then start hanging drywall in the living room around the new bathroom doorway opening, and continue on through the kitchen. Back to main page
